Technology & Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to the design, implementation, and enhancement of analytical applications.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing approaches.
• Help establish best practices for analytics development and knowledge sharing within the team.

• University degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Professional experience delivering analytical or AI-based solutions in a business environment.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience working with SQL and relational databases.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning techniques, or artificial intelligence concepts.
• Experience using common Python libraries for analytics and data processing.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience working in technology-driven or regulated environments.
• Exposure to cloud-based analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with software development best practices and version control.
• Interest in emerging AI technologies and their practical application.

• Fluent German and good English.
